Two hours (of instruction, divided in dry instruction and water practice.
Dry instruction: we go over all the safety tips and basic techniques to make your first SUP experience the best.
Water practice: We go straight to the water and put into practice what we've learned in the dry instruction, basic Pop Up, body positioning, the paddle, gripping the paddle, the stroke and the funny part.... falling from the board safely.
Requirements: Kids 9 & Up, Lifejacket and knowing how to swim.
Sunblock, rashguard and a hat is a very good idea to protect yourself against the sun!!
